The RS Series Destoner (also known as the "Robot") is the first line of defense in any root crop processing line. Positioned upstream of the rasper and crusher, it continuously removes stones, sand, metal fragments, and other heavy impurities from the feed stream using a high-efficiency hydraulic separation bed. Without reliable destoning, downstream equipment suffers accelerated wear and product quality degrades.

• High-Efficiency Gravity Separation: Utilizes a fluidized bed design combined with adjustable water flow to create an optimized density gradient. Stones & heavy debris sink and are discharged separately, while clean crops float to the outlet. Removal rate exceeds 98% for stones >3mm.
