This is no ordinary factory; it is a three-dimensional masterpiece that pushes the concept of a "circular economy" to its absolute limit. Here, we integrated an entire, complex, modern production line into a magnificent four-story facility, much like configuring a Rubik's cube. This vertical spatial design allows gravity to act as a natural accelerator. The moment a round, plump dry pea drops from the top floor, its journey of "maximum value extraction" begins.

Three-Dimensional Stripping & Total Utilization

As the peas travel, separate, and reshape across different floors, they undergo a highly efficient process of molecular deconstruction. Ultimately, they are transformed into high-purity pea starch, health-boosting dietary fiber, and premium pea protein—the core ingredient capturing today's global plant-based market.

Energy Awakening & The Ultimate Closed-Loop

The climax of the story unfolds just as the very last drop of wastewater leaves the production line. Instead of being discharged into the environment, this high-concentration wastewater is channeled through sealed pipelines directly into the green heart of the factory—the biogas power station.

Self-Sustaining Power — Fueled by Its Own Waste

Through anaerobic digestion, the wastewater unleashes a massive surge of biogas, which instantly ignites the generator sets. This process converts waste into a steady stream of green electricity, fully powering up the massive machinery of this four-story industrial beast once again.

Project Reflection: As early as 2013, we proved with this project that true engineering ingenuity goes beyond high output—it lies in achieving total energy self-sufficiency.
